At Quantum Apps Digital Laboratory, our mission is simple: help people and businesses move from idea to implementation without the usual constraints. Whether it’s designing a clean, responsive website for a new business or building powerful mobile apps that solve real problems, we’re building from the ground up, and we need more hands, more minds, and more thinkers.
From our home base in Lagos, Nigeria, we’re scaling fast. With strategic roles opening in Canada and the US, we’re expanding our global reach and deepening our capacity to serve clients in more markets. This means new opportunities, new challenges, and an open door for skilled professionals who are hungry for meaningful work. If you want to be part of a team that values speed, precision, and purpose this is the place.
What Drives Us
We started Quantum Apps Digital Laboratory, with a clear purpose: to make digital transformation affordable, practical, and effective for small businesses and emerging brands. Since then, we’ve evolved into a lean but deeply capable team, solving real-world problems through design and code.
Everything we do is grounded in three values:
Excellence Over Hype: We don’t sell dreams. We deliver working systems.
Integrity Over Trend: We commit to timelines, speak with honesty, and build with precision.
Growth Over Comfort: We make room for learning curves, fresh ideas, and reinvention for our clients and our team.
If you thrive in an environment where craft matters more than corporate theatrics, you’ll fit in.

Understanding of PM frameworks like RACI, Gantt charts, and experience managing digital product timelines are key.

Your work will feed directly into product and marketing strategy. You’ll design and run user research, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and persona development. Strong command of Excel, Google Data Studio, or Tableau for reporting is expected. Bonus if you’ve worked with UX research tools like Maze, Hotjar, or Typeform.

Own the post-launch user experience. Ability to use screen recording tools (Loom, Scribe) for issue reproduction is key. Experience supporting SaaS products or mobile apps is highly preferred.
Product, Design and Development Roles
Head of Product
You’ll own the product roadmap for B2B and B2C applications. Your workflow includes writing PRDs, running backlog grooming sessions, managing cross-functional sprints in Jira, and performing stakeholder demos. Familiarity with customer development frameworks (Jobs-To-Be-Done, HEART, AARRR), SQL for data checks, and tools like Figma, Postman, and Mixpanel is required.
UI/UX Designer
You’ll lead UI systems and UX flows across multiple platforms. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Marvel or ProtoPie is expected. You must be fluent in auto-layouts, component libraries, and WCAG accessibility standards. Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tagging, and attribution modeling is essential. HubSpot or similar CRM experience is a plus.

Familiarity with heatmapping tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg) and deep understanding of LTV:CAC modeling and funnel stage diagnostics is critical.
Sales Representative
We’re looking for a closer who can run a full-cycle sales process—from cold outreach via Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to demoing product value and sealing multi-seat contracts. This is a hybrid strategic/tactical role where your success depends on pipeline discipline and message-market fit. Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Pipedrive is a baseline. You’ll write proposals, negotiate terms, and tailor pricing models for SaaS, services, or bundled offerings. Knowledge of procurement cycles, usage-based pricing, and ARR expansion strategies is highly valuable. This is not the everyday sales representative role. You need psychology, you need discipline and you must be on top of your game.
Technical Content Writer
You’ll make complex ideas readable. From developer documentation to explainer articles and internal wikis, your words will clarify, educate, and convert. You should be comfortable interviewing engineers, translating jargon, and structuring content for both humans and search engines. Expect to work in Markdown, manage contributions via Git, and collaborate through Notion, Docsify, or similar documentation platforms. Comfort with Swagger/OpenAPI, ability to reverse-engineer architecture diagrams, and the skill to translate technical interviews into publishable content are must-haves.
Community Manager
Your job is to nurture and grow our product community across Discord, Reddit, X (Twitter), and Telegram. You’ll manage discussions, collect feedback, and publish content that keeps the pulse alive. Scheduling and content analytics via Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social should be second nature. Bonus if you’ve launched ambassador programs, built community contributor pipelines, or hosted interactive events like AMAs and livestreams via tools like StreamYard or Discord Stage Channels.
SEO Specialist
This role is for a tactician who can identify technical SEO gaps and turn audits into results. You’ll lead site crawls using Screaming Frog, surface opportunities with Ahrefs and SEMrush, and implement fixes related to schema markup, canonicalization, and Core Web Vitals.
You should be fluent in Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and modern content scoring platforms like Clearscope or Surfer SEO. Familiarity with JS rendering issues, crawl budget optimization, and internal linking strategies is expected.
Tech Infrastructure and Data Roles
Cloud Solutions Architect
As our infrastructure architect, your mission is to build resilient systems across AWS, GCP, or Azure. You’ll work with Terraform or Pulumi to provision environments, define network topologies with VPCs, and manage IAM roles, autoscaling policies, and load balancing strategies. CI/CD experience is critical—ideally with GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or ArgoCD. You should also be comfortable setting up cost observability tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, or New Relic, and understand multi-region, blue-green, and canary deployment patterns.
IT Support Specialist
Your job is to keep our internal systems running with minimal downtime. You’ll manage device provisioning (macOS/Windows), configure VPNs and firewalls, and resolve tickets via Freshservice, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk. Hands-on experience with MDM platforms like Jamf or Intune is required. Expect to manage Google Workspace, SSO integrations, and endpoint protection tools. Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and device security policies is essential.
Data Analyst
We’re looking for a data analyst who can move seamlessly between raw data and polished dashboards. You’ll build ETL workflows using Fivetran, dbt, or Airbyte, write performant SQL queries, and turn business questions into dashboards via Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Familiarity with statistical modeling, customer segmentation, and experimentation analysis is essential. Bonus for scripting in Python (pandas, seaborn) or R to extend beyond drag-and-drop visualizations.
Cybersecurity Analyst
As our cybersecurity analyst, your primary responsibility is to detect and neutralize threats across our systems. You’ll run regular vulnerability scans (Nessus, Qualys), analyze logs via Splunk or Sentinel, and respond to incidents following a defined IR playbook. Must have deep knowledge of IAM controls, endpoint protection tools like CrowdStrike, and encryption protocols (AES, RSA, TLS). Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, NIST frameworks, and compliance standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2 is required.
AI/ML Engineer (3 vacancies)
Successful applicants will be joining our in house team to build, train, and deploy machine learning models that power core product features.
Work Tools; you’ll work with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn for modeling. You must be able to handle large-scale preprocessing with pandas, Dask, or Spark.
Deployment experience using TensorFlow Serving, TorchScript, or ONNX is essential. You should be comfortable using MLFlow, Weights & Biases, or Vertex AI for experiment tracking and model versioning. Bonus for experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) or LLM fine-tuning pipelines.
Business Analyst
You’ll sit between strategy and execution, translating abstract goals into tangible requirements. You’ll write briefs, conduct feasibility studies, and make sure the dev team has everything they need to build with purpose. You’re not just defining what needs to happen — you’re making sure it does.
You should know how to run stakeholder interviews, interpret user behavior through SQL queries, and build consensus between cross-functional teams. Understanding of Agile ceremonies and SDLC best practices is required.
Training and Development Specialist
As our learning and development lead, your job is to create technical and onboarding curriculum that scales. You’ll build course content using TalentLMS, Moodle, or LearnUpon, and apply instructional design frameworks like ADDIE or SAM to keep sessions effective.
Expect to partner with internal SMEs, deliver live or async training via Zoom, Loom, or Google Meet, and assess outcomes through feedback loops and performance metrics. Prior experience creating learning paths for engineering or design teams is a major plus.
Technology Stack & Tools
We don’t get married to tools. We pick what works for the job. That said, some tools and frameworks show up a lot across our projects:
· Frontend: React, Vue, Tailwind CSS
· Backend: Node.js, Django, Laravel
· Mobile: React Native, Flutter, Kotlin
· Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean
· DevOps: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
· Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase
· AI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs
We also integrate tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, and Slack to manage workflow, design handoffs, documentation, and team communication. Expect to work in systems that are well-documented and tightly managed. If you’re tool-agnostic but method-driven, you’ll do well here.
